Have you ever been suspended from school or fired from a job?

Hasn't happened... surprisingly.

Not suspended but my high school tried to move everyone with special needs/disabilities to an alternate school which also just so happened to be the SAME school where they put the violent kids which is such a bad idea??? So I did the GED because I wasn't feeling being abused and they wouldn't let me in the normal public school

I just realized how much everything involving the schools I've gone to sounds fake and I wish they were

I was even kick out of school but now a job I really love

Thanks and I can really tell you this was the worst time of my life.

I had a speech impediment as a kid so I was being perceived as excessively aggressive when I'd get frustrated that I could not get to speaking what I had meant to say.

I had this whole thing of struggling through my stuttering for two and a half hours explaining that I was not, in fact, unprovoked-ly mad and purposefully causing a scene, I actually had to go see a speech therapist to straighten out my auditory communication lmao

(I was eventually bailed out by the speech therapist (the madlad) flying back from a vacation to texas, still in swimming boxers telling off the staff. The staff did not believe me even when they got my whole side of the story)

My parents even threatened to press charges on grounds of disability prejudice and that shut them up lmao. Oh and I was six so imagine me being called to the principal's office, being escorted by the teacher, right into a small cramped office with the principal, the assistant principal, the teacher that had escorted me, and the big ole buff police officer. MY FORHEAD DIDN"T EVEN REACH HIS BELT BUCKLE FOR CRISSAKES

all four took turns asking me shit using words I didn't understand. the fucking NERVE.

so I was nearly suspended over a big ole misunderstanding.

Actually no, the closet thing I got to being suspended was ISS which is in school suspension.

I flipped off a kid in front of a teacher because he was starting shit with me.

Nope. And hopefully I never will. A friend of mine at my company found out that she's unemployed in a week about a day before the whole team found out. Layoffs suck.

well IIRC I got suspended once for half a day in year 7 (if you're wondering I'm not a Brit but still this really happened when I was at a different international school from the one I'm at now ) for letting the N-word slip out of my mind in a lesson
