Is there a stipulation for only an act only showing up once? Bc shouldnt this be 1-5 bts of various years?

I think the user is comparing the acts best selling numbers in a calendar year lol. If they do it year by year, no other act will show up in top 5 except BTS

Nct 2020 already sold above with their 2020 albums tho? Part 1 + kihnos have around 1.5 million units sold and part 2 around 1.1 millions with the kihnos, according to the last update, and they still selling daily...

They are taking the albums sold within that year. So like for BTS its how much BE and MOTS:7 plus their old albums sold in 2020 so for BE and MOTS:7 the sales that they made in jan 2021 are not included cause they weren't sold in 2020, those will count for 2021.

yeah if its done where acts an act can show up more than once it would be

1. BTS (2020) - 9.1M

2. BTS (2019) - 6.2M

3. BTS (2018) - 5.1M

4. BTS (2017)/SVT(2020) - 2.7M

5. EXO (2017) -2.2M
