I use surfshark and it's pretty reliable and highly rated but it's not free

I heard free vpns aren't worth shit.

I just began to subscribe to a VPN service. I went with NordVPN. Other VPNs among the best ranked are CyberGhost, SurfShark, ExpressVPN. I think they're all pretty much the same, so if you're unsure which one to choose, you can go with the cheapest.

I use my school vpn (sparingly ofc) if I needed something done in a jiffy.

Hotspot Shield is alright if you need to do some quick banking; they only allow 500MB/day.

i use pandavpn to watch svt content once since it was sk-region block, idk if its safe or not but it was the only one that worked lol

I use Surfshark, but I'm not satisfied with the service. It has been getting a slower connection speed for the past 4 months.

I will switch to NordVPN once my subscription is up for renewal.
