sm even can't force her, chinese fans can defend her, which can affect the money chart and the craziness of c-fans in general. so they'll probably keep it quiet or make a statement. it would be best if they threatened with a lawsuit and removed any traces of this situation. i wish.

Ngl this is a bit weird for you to put it this way I mean I get it because we are all "Asians". But if saying Chinese and Koreans are the same race is like saying Chinese/Malay/Indians (the 3 main races in my country as least) are all the same race because we are all "Asians"

Yes xenophobia is a big thing. I know Alot of people here just react to it without even thinking. I know it's easier to blow it all off as terrible for those living in the west. You live a comfortable life of peace you have no threats of war on your land or disputes especially places like America. Yes racism and xenophobia is wrong but it would help if all you outsiders took a moment to try and learn and understand why these things are happening, this deep seeded hatred between our nation and China comes from many decades of territorial, cultural and political disputes. Ranging from the wars years ago to the Korean war and their continued support of north Korea to the many disputes political and otherwise going on till this day.
I'm sure this same thing would be happening there if say Canada was like your sworn enemy always jabbing at you and they are your next door neighbor. That's the situation between Korea and China racism isn't ever a good thing but atlest you will understand there's alot of reasons for it

Very true it gets tiring, but there are wqys into Chinese forums etc but 90% of int fans will not take the time to look at anti Korean sentiments. Will only react to what happens here because our society is open so its easier for them to look at stuff we don't have a massive censorship dome keeping prying eyes out.

I don’t see anyone here justifying the hate Namjoon got by saying “he should’ve known”. In fact you can see all the people (International and Korean netizens) bashing C-nets too in all the platforms that shared the news. You just made up that people ignored the situation to make light of the bullying Ningning is getting. Both Cnets that attacked Namjoon and Knets that attacked Ningning are trash.

I don't think SM would do that. Not an official apology at least. She might apologize to fans for making them worry or something.
If SM does one thing, it is protect their artists. If she actually did something wrong, I could see them asking her to do it, but she didn't. And apologizing is basically like admitting fault. At most, they'll just make her go quiet until things blow over.
I think people said Aespa's next comeback might be in May. Hopefully things settle down by then.

If you are talking about reactions to speed skating (and I think that Ningning hate train is a spillover from that), then it is not the first time Koreans are overreacting like this and it is not related to China. It happened multiple times before that:
