Almost never. I do it, but it's very rare. I don't like cursing and typically either do it to get a shock reaction out of people when I want to shock them or if I'm REALLY mad. I used to loathe it a ton when I was a child, and while I still don't like it, after hearing so many different curses growing up, I got slightly more desensitized to some of them. What I like to do though to express my frustrations is use curse word substitutes. That way I can vent my feelings without cursing (in case people around me don't like cursing, like how I used to hate it) and it makes people laugh. The exact one I use varies, it depends on which one comes to mind first and I usually just use that one. Here are some examples:

F-word - "Fridge", "Frick", "Fudge" or "Fudgesicles"

S-word - "Shitaki mushrooms", "Ship" or "Shoot"
