I woke up super exhausted. Then I had a mental breakdown at school because I accidentally made my gf upset (we made up it's fine now). It made me think about stuff and it's a very bad idea to get me thinking about myself. So my mood was just ruined for the whole day

i can relate to this on a spiritual level except the problem is my parents, babysitter, and sister. Hugs do not fix everything, I know I need to study more shut up, and we all know that my sister is better than me.
