I'd never heard of Sampoong before but holy shit that's sad

the interior is pretty and all but they really need to look into this seriously. The pictures are so scary and all the employees are in danger if they keep working there.

yeah, I looked it up on Twitter and it’s not Really SM’s building. But yikes, they just moved in to that building and it’s already falling apart. The government needs to investigate and fine the contractor who built the building

This reminds of that accident in my hometown. They built a small shopping center in my town. A small three story high complex. All the usual shops moved in, a year later they all started leaving one by one because big cracks appeared on the walls and on the floor. The problem they had there was that built it on a dried out lake bed.

Anyhow it’s possible the building was safe then and the problem appeared later or the company was shady, and paid off the people who check the building safety. If anything I think this is on the company who built it.

I just hope that this gonna get sorted out before anybody gets hurt.

I guess vibrations can happen if you let a 20m long snake moving around in your dungeon.

I hope sm dont use cgi to fix this.

Worse than the that is the building is also a popular residential home too the top floors are home to many celebrities including Taemin. So everyone qho lives there will have to pack up and move out like yesterday.

Doubtful. The building collapse here last year was a wake up call plus us seeing the collapse happen in the usa in Florida further solidified this. On top of the fact this is a large building a skyscraper coming down would have very disastrous consequences only seen once history and that was 9/11. Hopefully our government here takes this very very seriously and has this building inspected and if deemed unsafe demolished immediately.
