Sales, charts have nothing to do with endorsement maybe when it comes to big brands but generally there are lesser known groups who are getting gigs for example loona's strated having individual ads at the beginning of their career and we know loona isn't that huge in korea

The cfs are the one who looking out for their ambassador or models for their products. And you all forgot how Idol School literally a huge scam show that what koreans dislike. Combine that with they didn't have popularity like what Izone have at least, so there all the line connected.
