Blackpinkhouse and Boombaya are what got me into Kpop in the first place, now the whole Kpop thing is part of my midlife crisis, me returning to my roots, re-learning the language, etc.
This is a bit offtopic, but i'm still shocked to see so many non Korean Kpop fans. Half the fun of Kpop is how they mix Korean with English, which is what i grew up with (Korglish). I just cant imagine getting into any kind of music where i dont speak or understand the language, like Jpop, Cpop, Latin music, etc. Even with subtitles, something just gets lost in the translation for me. How do y'all do it?
