Are aespa better singers than red velvet?

    Wendy vs Ningning is tricky because we haven’t seen enough of NN yet but she hits a D3 with ease and it wasn’t even airy, she could go even lower + her high note in Aenergy was the highest up to date out of everything Aespa has done.


    Winter is miles ahead of Seulgi, Karina and Seulgi… either they’re the same level or Karina has the edge. I think we haven’t seen enough of Karina. Giselle is a belter and much better than Yeri. Aespa are overall better than RV.

    I was trying to be respectful to both fandoms (although I think both are supportive of each other?) but I actually think Ningning is on Wendy's level, I just think it's not being shown fully yet (her range is crazy) aespa are a lot better than red velvet were in their rookie years so also show more promise in growth . I'm curious to see how far they peak

    Karina is way stronger than joy (people think joy is better because her voice is higher and Karina voice is lower)


    Giselle can support to A4 that alone destroys both Irene and Yeri neither girl can support


    Actually Giselle is also stronger than Joy, compare Giselle A4s to Joy's it's clear Joy struggles at A4 ans is super tight


    Aespa vocally are stronger , RV WITHOUT Wendy is a mediocre at best vocal group.

    Giselle is underrated as f*** people forget she was in a choir for a few years which provide the best vocal training at least the basic techniques. Not to discredit other groups but Giselle can literally be a main vocalist in other groups but since she audition for a rap position she will just be wasted

    Red Velvet without Wendy has always been an average group, not that much better than Twice.

    But Wendy really elevates them high up.


    Without Wendy then yes Aespa is better, with Wendy no way.

    as a group, yes, individually, not really. the wall that is Wendy is too big. also comparing veterans to rookies are always hard. also if better singer = who can sing higher notes then the comparison is nonsensical

    Itd not about who hits higher notes. Its about technique support and range. RV without Wendy are weak that's all.

    Reveluvs are so delusional. Joy is worst than Rosé Nayeon and Giselle and Karina she struggles go even sing her easy A4s which the other vocalist I named sung A4s effortlessly. Truly overhyped. Seulgi is good but Winter is better simply because Seulgi gets very nasally with anything higher than A4 Bb4.
