[POLL] did you guys stop watch survival show after rigged show produce 48 and before them?

Never really watched it I always watch the first hour of the first ep and never watch again

I gave them (Mnet) a 2nd Chance, assuming that with the people fired, the massive Public controversy and the promises from the Company actually meant something

Turns out they didn't change at all, people fired were basically just scapegoats and they never intended on even trying to have a Fair competition, with the same pre-selecting of "Ideal" and 'Undesirable" members they always done

I only give 2nd chances, not 3rd, 4th or 5th chances, so no matter what Mnet does in the future I am completely out on them, now any other company or Group running a Survival Show I am willing to give a Chance or even a 2nd chance too, just not Mnet

So none of your poll choices are really applicable to me, it is specifically Mnet I hold responsible, not the Concept of Survival Shows itself

Stopped watching survival shows in general since Jung Jinhyung got robbed on Mix And Match.

I watched My Teenage Girl ep. 1 only yesterday. I liked it a lot so I'm looking forward to the follow-up. It's the first survival show I've watched (unless you count Queendom) so I don't really care about past controversies. As a rule I think when the audience is involved through a voting system, it mostly likely gonna turn into a mess at some point.

miss trot was the most popular survival show by far.

~30% viewership (or 50x your typical kpop survival show).

if you include that, then the general public isn't done with survival shows yet.

miss trot was fun and friendly, so it didn't really feel like a survival show.

nizi project produced by jype for japan was also a huge national hit.

the show felt positive and productive.

After pd S2, it was all the same so not point in watching it anymore

Nah, I love survival shows even if I don’t end up liking the groups that come out of them sometimes. I already know a lot (if not all) of these shows are at least partially rigged so the whole Produce rigging scandal didn’t come as a huge shock to me.
