First of all I have a bone to pick with the term Lolita. Vladimir Nabokov is probably turning in his grave at how badly Lolita evolved. It's a story about a fucking pedophile but the media tries to sexualise Lolita, the victim as much as possible. Its even a cool edgy aEsThEtIc now. It's gross as hell is what it is. Nabokov even insisted that the girl on the cover should be a child if I'm not wrong. What the hell is wrong with people in general for that trope to even take off.
