Why do you think any accusations come out when the person gets famous?

  • I mean we've seen this many times already. But why do they only speak up when the people they hate/blame or something becomes famous?

I'm not defending any of them or any side because I don't know the stories and it's hard to tell what is true and what is not, but I've noticed it happens Everytime when some rising star appears

  • Some people can't stand it when the person they hate succeeds. And then they want to destroy this success with true or untrue details.

What I always find weird are accusations that go back several years and then they say, "I can't take it anymore". I am not saying that these people are not in the right. I just always find it strange when you need years to say something. But I know that some certain things are very traumatic and it's hard for the victim.

  • Uhm... how would you even accuse a non-celebrity. Send an email to their boss at the office reading "this person was a bully in middle school!! They should not work as an it-worker. :cursing:". Write a pann post about a private person? I'm sure a lot of people would care about that... "Huge News: Random person was a mean twelve year old!". Yeah... Not exactly a trending headline. And isn't it illegal in Korea to hang out people unless it's for the common good?

Thing is, part of the reason attitude and bullying accusations become such a big deal is that celebrities in Korea, especially idols, sell this pure, perfect image, like they could do no wrong. It's part of their job. It's not part of most people's job and their careers aren't built on public acceptance.

  • Must piss them off to see these people making money and getting fans while the public loves and praises them all the while you know they are fake. Imagine being bullied by some of the gutter trash in the idol world and watching fans worship these bad people.

I wonder more why some of these idols only suddenly find their conscience when they get exposed. Would they happily pretend to be nice forever?

  • Because it's not about making their story known. It's about revenge otherwise they would have been trying to get the word out from the moment that person debuted instead of waiting months or years for them to be extremely famous.

  • plenty of reason...

maybe the alleged victim wants revenge

maybe they got over it but constantly see the person on TV or whatever...

it's easier to accuse a famous person than a non-famous person
