From my personal kpop experience I'm just happy as long as it rocks more than Coldplay. Nothing against Coldpay I love their Viva La Vida album but I simply don't want idol songs to sound like Nell rejects(Nell is the most Coldplay influenced band I could find when I was going through Korean bands one day).

Nothing against Coldpay I love their Viva La Vida album but I simply don't want idol songs to sound like Nell rejects(Nell is the most Coldplay influenced band I could find when I was going through Korean bands one day).
It would be cool if they got some guitar like this in and mixed it together with pop because they're definitely not gonna do full on rock song. I can't describe what I'm thinking or if it would even sound good but whatever. Of course, vocally, I'm not expecting them to pull any Axl Rose type stuff either lmao
