get in bed at 10:00 pm

stall in bed for 30 min straight

finally close my eyes at 10:30 pm

get up at 11:00 pm to complain that I can't sleep

get back in bed at 11:15 pm

start crying at 11:30 because I still can't sleep

I like to get an early night. I don't sleep well so it is important to me. I get sick if I don't get enough plus as an older person I don't do the night owl thing anymore.
