the least popular in BlackPink is gonna be more popular than the center in most groups. Thus the debate on would you rather be the least popular member in a popular group or the most popular in a not popular group is obvious.

I don't think there is a least popular member, jisoo & rosie are pretty much equal in that regard, then jenlisa are ahead but not with an "unhealthy" difference that could make you think of miss a/mamamoo.
Also let's not get into comparisons territory as it wasnt even the point of my post. I have just seen so many people imply jisoo only has fans in asian countries as if those would be enough for almost 50m ig followers...

All of BP are popular in France. Jisoo was the moment at their Paris concert. Everyone found her so cute and endearing, she bias-wrecked everyone.

I am a bit surprised by the Mamamoo/Miss A comparison though. Miss A, I understand. But Mamamoo ? Solar and Moonbyul sell more albums than Hwasa because they are less popular than her among the GP and non Moomoos but they are the most biased among the fandom. Hwasa has more casual fans and them more "hardcore" fans in a way. Wheein is in between everyone popularity within the fandom and outside the fandom but some of her solo songs were a success and she charted well. All of Mamamoo solo projects were sucessful, they all shine in theirs comebacks and have their moment. JYP was mostly focusing on Suzy and so the others members popularity began to fade away as time was passing by whereas RBW promotes everyone equally.
