I was interested in verifying which BTS song is statistically the biggest, so I went ahead and did it. A comprehensive ranking that takes YouTube views, Spotify streams (of multiple versions where applicable), Korean digitals (Gaon certifications, Genie ULs + streams, and Melon ULs), and official international certifications for songs that have them (if a song doesn’t have any, I found estimates and ranked those). These are all current stats, so I’m well aware that with the context of time, Dynamite is in actuality their biggest hit. But I’m looking at raw numbers as they are right now. A big thank you to worldlove27 and blueaqua, who helped compile most of this data. Keep in mind that by the end of 2021: - it’s definite that Dynamite will go up to #2 and will be challenging BWL for #1.

I just wanted to ask what was the criteria for combining versions? From what I see, you combined the remixes for some songs, but not for others. I think counting Fake Love remix might push it above Mic Drop on Spotify.
I'm kind of surprised Make It Right's not here, since it has over 300M on Spotify and I think even a few (eligible) certifications.
