Billboard haven't revealed their system to the world so everyone calculates their points using their own system which they have made by observing charts for years.
Also Billboard don't have a set method as they make the chart based the consumption during the week and give their percentages depending on which metric was consumed the most during that week across the board. But there are the maximum percentages though for each metric.
Give me numbers of sales, streams and radio. I'll see if I can help but can't be guarantee because like I said there is no system in place. Everyone is predicting using their self created method.

But paid streams are weighted more than free streams and Spotify streams are also given more importance than other platform streams. So I can't say if these are helping or not. Sorry.

Nope. Spotify pays almost double to that of YouTube per stream. Also Spotify is more used platform than YouTube. Like I said above, Billboard does take into consideration which metric to give more importance based on the consumption during the said week and alter their percentages on that. So they tend to give Spotify more importance.
Anyways, if she has charted on Spotify US chart 7 days stright then yeah that is very big helping hand.
