its a mix of Aston Wylds Next Level and Kevin Rudolfs Let it Rock. But that shouldnt diminish Aespas Next Level. They combined the 2 songs in a good way and put their own lyrics who fit their own concept very well. The recent success is well earned.
here you can see Kevin Rudolf and Aespa in love.

woah this like blew my mind for a sec. the whole thing was sampled?

More like Aston Wyld got inspired by Kevin Rudolf's one, because that part of aespa sounds exactly like the first Next Level. I thought it would be the beatdrop part or when Winter and NingNing flex their vocals before that, that's the novelty SM actually added to the song.

Nope, it was a remake. SM bought the rights. 1:45-2:50 don't exist in the original though.

Oh, wait, I've never watched the movie or actually checked the original song and for some reason thought that the remake part was the beat drop one which I don't like at all and always skip if I come across with this song and decide to listen to it lmao They basically did everything same (except for the part I can't get along with
), the og creator really made a whole bop and that marvelous hook, I should really check it out before, my bad -
