More like Aston Wyld got inspired by Kevin Rudolf's one, because that part of aespa sounds exactly like the first Next Level. I thought it would be the beatdrop part or when Winter and NingNing flex their vocals before that, that's the novelty SM actually added to the song.

Nope, it was a remake. SM bought the rights. 1:45-2:50 don't exist in the original though.
