Did you know SNSD influenced the creation/concept of BLACKPINK?

With all these copying threads going around, I wanted to create a topic for two massively successful girl groups of their generation to show the flow of influences in generations.

1) BLACKPINK was originally meant to be a bigger sized girl group. Confirmed by many sources including Rosé, they were all originally a part of a bigger group. (Miyeon from GIDLE being one of the originally)

You are telling me I have been lied to my entire life as a kpop stan?

Blackpink was modeled as similar SNSD type of group and then an at interview yang shit suk was ASKED the difference between BP and 2NE1, he never orignally stated that the pinks were gonna be copying 2ne1, BP was always inspired to be their own personas and colors as a group, but with a concept similar to both old top groups.
