NCT 127 is coming back in September and although no official date is announced, the Neos are dropping bigger and more frequent spoilers.

So excited!

Great work here by butterbutterfly to gather all the current info as of August 20:

We were told in the fan meeting that the meeting album would drop in September instead of October, as previously announced.

So NCT 127 has just started posting some new content and it seems to be a pre-comeback series, similar to what NCT Dream did with the Dream cafe series (and then Red Velvet with the Queen's Archive).

The Dream Cafe series served as a way to deliver new content to fans and hype up the upcoming album release, but there were also a few spoilers hidden that we only realized after the first teasers for Hot Sauce started to drop:

So it is now safe to assume that NCIT is purely a series like Dream Cafe, which will not be the actual comeback concept and will be included in the physical album through special photocards. BUT, it is also safe to assume that the NCIT teasers have some spoilers in them

The rumored title track name has been 지구 말로는 그거 L.O.V.E. ("In Earth's Language That's Love" roughly translated) for a while, after the members were asked to give spoilers for their title track:

The "지구 말로는 그거 XXXX" (In Earth's language that's XXXX) trope has been used in several occasions:

지구 말로는 그거 S.P.O.I.L.E.R.127 is the name of their upcoming vlive.

지구 말로는 그거 LOVE was the name of their surprise vlive a few days ago.

Back to NCIT, the official account shared a few pics in their stories, including this:

National Geographic - > Geo - > Earth

지구언어학 aka Earth Language/Geolinguistics as one of the subjects.

Additionally, there seem to be a few a references to the word STICKER:

Sticker would both be an English word ending in -r and a Korean word with 3 syllables: 스티커, thus matching the spoilers given before by the members.

So as of now, the current rumor in Neo City is that the title track will be called 지구 말로는 그거 L.O.V.E. in Korean and Sticker in English.
