kpop generations always have groups what begin generation and another group who expanded....but who begin and who expanded ?

i have no idea about 1st gen but i think it started with H.O.T./ S.E.S and expanded by god and Fin.KL

for 2nd gen: started with TVXQ,BIGBANG,SNSD and Wonder Girls and expanded by T-ARA, 2PM,BEAST etc

for 3d gen: started with EXO, TWICE, GFRIEND,RV and expanded by BTS and BLACKPINK

for 4th gen: started with GIDLE,SKZ,ATEEZ,TXT and expanded by ENHYPEN,AESPA,WEEEKLY (and many more to go)

what do you think ?

It's way too soon to even know who expands 4th gen, especially now when mostly 3rd gen groups are still leading

4th gen is off

It’s still 3rd gen doing the expansion, they are being overshadowed badly.

I think they usually have generation x and then generationx.5

4th gen might be 3.5, we'll see later.

To me looking back, it seems 3rd gen started around 2013-2015. 2012 groups feel and seem very 2nd gen.

how much more expansion does Kpop need? I mean I don't really see anyone expanding anything In the 4th gen. The only big expansion was BTS.
