My dad did get them a long time ago to read about certain things, very rarely though, but he's more on computers nowadays and I would read comic books strips.
He's only 50 but his dad did that when he was a kid

But he was a big comic book reader too. My dad got us into a lot of superhero stuff including comic book reading.
