But I hate being involved in forum drama. It’s draining and it gets me all emotional for no reason. And its usually for something so petty that we can just talk out.

No. It's usually petty and pointless. I don't love it but I do get concerned when things pour out into real life like that incident with an ex-mod from the old forum.
