Mnet did everything in there power to suppress the Japanese girls on P48 by giving the Korean girls 85% of screentime on most episodes. It’s favoritism, and when it doesn’t work, like how the 2nd to last episode of P48 had 7 Japanese 5 Korean, they rig it to make it 3 Japanese 9 Korean

I think the biggest saving grace of the final group having a balanced nationality lineup is the fact that they’re apparently gonna be able to promote in China. Thing is, Koreans can’t promote there. So they’ll need at least somewhat half of the lineup to be foreigners

I still hope the 3K3J3C vote rumor is real, that would be extremely interesting

Japan & China are also homogenous countries and they have whole Kpop groups over their with full K-lines, so they can handle an actual mixed group on a show made to produce that
