I don't know what exactly you mean by that but if you're thinking Hanteo= Korean sales only then that's a wrong conception. Hanteo/Gaon are not only Korean sales but worldwide.

To further explain for anyone who is confused, the reason why fans always say the groups who have more Korean fans sell better in Hanteo means to perform better ie sell faster because Hanteo is the sales that are shipped to the people, and logically Korean stores and fans will get theirs first which means the more Korean fans the faster the sales reach a certain number (also stocking is important in that). Gaon has the same sales as Hanteo. They are not different albums but Gaon counts the pre-orders/stock (which mostly albums that fans paid for ie actual sales but has not been shipped to people yet to be counted in Hanteo). That's why Gaon number is bigger (I know this part is obvious but many people confuse that).
