She probably will have miserable playlisting on spotify, and no radio play ( except if she releases an english single and it gets picked up by radio which would be... huge ), but I do think the streams + sales should make her chart.

I think they just mean debuting on the chart. Debuting in the Top10 is impossible without some insane radioplay and doubt it would have it.
