It’s really unbelievable to me too. Like they kinda announced it late. Usually fans will save up for 2022 or something but it turns out to be this year. Though I am very excited but does that mean there won’t be Nct 2022?

I honestly don't think it will be an album. I feel like maybe it will just be content (like a big live with everyone when we potentially meet new members like they did to introduce Sungchan/Shotaro) or even just one performance single like Black on Black/Resonance if they want to do another collective year end performance.
With WayV planning to go back to China and potentially tour after their album is released and two 127 releases, I just don't see everything they have planned and a NCT 2021 album.

i think it's logical considering that if you stan a Sm groups it was a great occassion to learn about what SM plans were for their groups this years and we learn so much more about SM project for their groups this year
