Cereal before milk...but I'm also lactose intolerant so I drink lactose-free milk.

My favorite breakfast food is pancakes but we only have those on special occasions. Other than that I like eggs, fruit, and toast. Simple but filling and healthy.

I used to use warm milk all the time (I really dislike cold milk) until a chef friend told me the milk was supposed to be cold, otherwise the cereal will get soggy faster. An eye-opening tip.

Well, I'm an idiot then. In my defense, cereal has been a new addition to my breakfast items so I had no clue of the cereal protocol, I didn't know there were so many rules about food until I started coming to this forum. I've always seen it as an addition to milk, not the other way around, maybe that's why.

Then: milk before cereal because milk is the nearest when taking a bowl
