hmm. Maybe certain threshold have to pass to trigger the ranking in case of margin of error. Maybe around 500 uls. Some people said it also based on download. I don't know at this point. For sure aespa gona move up next hour. Don't worry lol

from what I know, in realtime charts, downloads in also considered for 50% but for 24 hits chart, wasn't ULs the only criteria..
There may be the download criteria too I am not sure.. anyways already a great achievement
streaming 40% and download 60% for the 24hit chart I think
