when you have a lot of faves so there is never a possibility of them being at top XD

Popularity shouldn't be #1 for validation. Like even if BTS weren't popular, they'd still be worth stanning because they're a good group.

bc haters are everywhere and it can ruin your experience? Especially if you are active in the K-Pop community. In forums like this or reddit etc it feels like the majority of K-Pop fans are just waiting for BTS to fail with the way every stumble or setback is downright celebrated. We got hourly updates of what songs were above ON or Life Goes On on the charts, so the only way to really enjoy a comeback is if BTS are at #1, otherwise it's just non-stop shade and fake concern how they're NOT #1.

I remember how the whole forum celebrated bts losing the grammys. Just few days ago some of them were celebrating bts being blocked by reality tv show group on kcharts. Someone accused bts of doing payola and called them inorganic but the forum was defending the other artist who wasnt bashed. People on this forum lack self-awareness. The way hate towards bts is normalised on this forum is so infuriating.

Of course it is, but remember it always goes both ways! If only there is no crab mentality, like If there is one at the top... support, congratulate but NO... most want to see downfalls! For the laugh, for the lulz!

You say this now but the moment BTS underperform once, they will be roasted like there's no tomorrow. The whole On/Black Swan fiasco is still fresh in my mind. So miss me with all the fake concern.
