she is more like an it girl globally yeah it probably it has to do with her not being Korean

It girl usually has to do with someone that is popular in Korea. Lisa is more popular internationally which is the main reason.

That's literally it. Most of the idols that are called it girls, it's all in relation to their Korean brands. Irene, Hwasa, Jennie all have very good brand power in Korea.

If you were to base it girl status off of their international recognition then the main it girls would really be the BLACKPINK members.

So Lisa is still a k-pop it girl, just in a different sense from like Irene and Hwasa.

thats one of the main reasons. I mean, Irene isn't that popular internationally but she is domestically which is why she is a it girl. It has to do with popularity in Korea.

even if we exclude her nationality I think they have to take in consideration her popularity in Korea and she is the least popular member. I don't know there are may factors why some girls are more likely to be it girls than others.

Because when ppl say IT girls they mean korean IT girls. That’s the kpop lingo. Which she isn’t seen as.

But plenty of ppl constantly acknowledge her a global icon all the same.
