StayC, Itzy and maybe some more gg in the near future

Actually I'm honestly surprised how these new gg are capable of charting in all charts specially Melon and actually charting high when even though 3rd gen is still pretty much dominant almost no group from 3rd gen are charting that good.. Like I know some people will say this is unnecessary, but I'm more surprised than trying to shade others. And I'm saying this bc I keep seeing people talking about 4th gen as "flops", but taking 4 groups of 3rd gen the others are pretty much in the same boat as the 4th gen one.. With 4th gen being at advantage as they are new and are already having good/great results.

I'm honestly happy that gg are still pretty much presencial in the charts and having opportunities to grow even more! StayC is the most surprising to me with them selling +60k albums and charting as good as "top groups"!

Anyways, I'm not really comparing, I'm more about how incredible the 4th gen is being and how some dismiss them, but their results are showing otherwise. Showing growth, popularity and great results!

DISCLAIMER: I JUST NAMED THESE TWO AS THEY ARE CLEARLY AT FRONT IN K CHARTS AND WHEN I SAID MORE IM KEEPING IN MY AESPA, WEEEKLY, ETC. I KNOW SOME WILL SAY THAT THEY ARE SUPER NEW SO WE SHOULDN'T "PRAISE" THEIR RESULTS, BUT I THINK WE SHOULD. THEY ARE CHARTING HIGH AND STEADILY MAKING A NAME FOR THEMSELVES.

Pretty much this. The gg sure showed us potential and I'm honestly super happy for them! I hope bg too can chart!

But there's no use comparing to 3rd gen ggs, when most of them didn't make a comeback yet, but MMM/BP/Twice/RV/Gfriend/OMG/April/Lovelyz/WJSN could still chart until last year, while only Itzy, Idle, Aespa and stayc can get into melon. So they aren't in the same boat even if we don't count Twice/RV/BP/OMG

Also during their debut/early years, groups outside big 3 like omg, lovelyz, Gfriend, mamamoo, momoland and fromis were charting and their songs became semi-hits or national hits, which is in quantity more than 4th gen hit songs out of big 3 (stayc and idle), until now ofc.

Actually Itzy and G-idle success are pretty much great and bigger than some mentioned 3rd gen groups. But yes, they are still new and I do think they have space and time to improve even more.

Those 3rd gen groups u mentioned, didnt get a hit until years later, especially Mamamoo (UOAY), Lovelyz (Ah Choo), OMG (secret garden), momoland (bboom bboom).

Pretty much this. And actually 4th gen girls are doing better initially in their careers compared to the 3rd ones. This is not really shading, but stating facts!
