    right now, if you’d consider anyone to be leaders of the 4th gen under the nct label, it’ll have to be nct dream even though they debuted way earlier and aren’t exactly considered 4th gen.

    Their latest mini album, Kick Back, has sold around 260k copies as of now.

    you're just asking for them to get dragged with that NCT 2020 nonsense. Unless they sell that by themselves they're not "million sellers". If you count all of NCT as one group, then they're 3rd gen, they been around since 2016. Same year as Blackpink.

    Funniest part is that NCT and Loona both start releasing content at same year, but Loona end up being 4th gen and NCT 3rd gen despite both of the groups were adding more members. 2 year of pre debut days made them earn 4th gen status.

    I don't know about being the leader, but they are continually undervalued and written off because of both their music being primarily in Mandarin and being part of NCT.


    They easily have the strongest discography among 4th gen groups. They've definitely found their sound and style early and are completely nailing it. Honestly the only other 4th gen idol who can compete with Lucas in terms of that certain something is probably Juyeon from The Boyz.


    Regardless everyone should stan WayV for quality bops. :pepe-toast:

    Nah it's not fair to count that 2020 project as a WayV release imo, yes their members are technically million sellers but not them as WayV.

    They are doing good rn with Kick Back knowing they sing on Mandarin and the korean press alone sold +250k. Awaken the world for comparison sold around 110k on Gaon but their whole sales were like 280k, they do have a growing fandom on China and they are doing well on Korea now as well.
