Who is doing better currently: G-Idle or Itzy?

Itzy beats idle in physicals, streams, and digitals I believe. Idle only beats itzy in korean charting. so I would say overall itzy doing better

Itzy i think are doing better right now but G-Idle has a greater potential than Itzy because of the diversity of members and Soyeon

Doing better is clearly Itzy, though i liked Gidle songs more recently. Also the Shuhua line distribution controversy seems to hurt the (big) chinese fanbase badly.

well Itzy haven't had a comeback since August but as stats between them and Gidle (i could have made some mistakes, correct me if i did).

- Itzy has higher avg and singular sales (all albums over 100k, not shy over 210k).

- Gidle is the first (of the 2) to get their bsides to chart on Gaon.

- Itzy gets higher avg title/album streams on Spotify, Gidle's highest average for Spotify are the KDA songs and while Itzy has both Dalla Dalla and Wannabe over 100M Gidle only has Popstars.

- Itzy charts better in the West and on the global 200 charts.

- Gidle leads in China, they have more fans there and they chart better on avg then Itzy.

- Of the two Itzy has the clearly biggest hit but they haven't been able to replicate it yet, however, Gidle has lower avg charting then Itzy but that might be changing given I burn/hwa's performance.

As it stands its far to soon to say Gidle has better charting then Itzy in Korea based off one albums performance, by the end of this year (and after Itzy has a comeback) we will probabaly have a clearer picture

Nah that Chinese fanbase wasn't that big, they only contributed arround 2k sales last time out of 160k total sales. So its not a big deal.

Seriously ? Last time i saw others talking about more than 20K of sales. This woould make sense though.

Gidle has multiple Chinese fanbases, gidle group c-bar and yuqi c-bar are biggest and those fanbase buy 20k+ albums.

The shuhua c-bar who are boycotting are a quite small fanbase with only arround 2k album purchases.

I'm rooting for Idle but I feel Itzy doing better in the long run.

It's hard to fight the Big 3 JYP connection & money.

JYP market capitalization is almost 10 times that of Cube, and in the end it's a money game.

Only in rare cases does the underdog company win, and companies like Big Hit is the exception, not the norm.

Whatever group that has soyeon..lol. Only 4th gen talent that can write and produce songs which can compete with big3 producers..and even outperform them
