Favorite fish?

I like stone fish but they're deadly and ugly lol

I don't have a favorite fish and I don't know the fish names in English anyway. But definitely NOT salmon. I'd take any fish over salmon.

Salmon is beautiful when it's cooked right, it's hardly even fish, it's like really tender meat.

shark is a bit tough but the good thing about shark is that a lot of the meat has no bones...which is a plus since I hate fish bones...

(I'm chinese so our family used to buy whole fish instead of portions)

cockroach - it was fried so it was crunchy from memory....sorta like chicken (maybe) I honestly don't remember
