    Everyone can believe as they want but thinking that a BTS member can’t achieve that number of streams or implying it was not legit ‘streams’ because didn’t perform well when it involves the most popular group and largest fan base.

    The comments aren’t Kpop fans, it’s Knetz, a slice of the general populace. It means despite the success on Spotify the song has little to no cultural relevance in South Korea.

    About Jin I think Koreans commenting there are mostly referring to Melon, I know he had multiple songs charting on Melon Hot 100, and also had day/some days when was 1st at Melon Male Solo, but I don't think any of songs charted high on Melon TOP 100 which is main chart. And yes of course this is Spotify I get it, but even if it is Melon is still much more popular in SK.


    There is something I usually say about Youtube Music, that they only overtook Melon because there is joint account for regular main video youtube, and the music one. Meanwhile Spotify in SK has 50% smaller user base than Melon.
