for me it's white cheese, simple.
some may call it farmer's cheese.
There isn't really a recipe, you boil nudles to the point they are tasty, then put them on plate, you put white cheese, sugar, cinnamon on them, and add some cream, just like that

My country just recycles Italian pasta dishes

Classic spaghetti and pizza are both simple and tasty, that's what I call the beautiful part.

There are no traditional noodle dishes in my country. If I go by my parents' countries though, my mom's was already mentioned in this thread, but here's my dad's:
Same dish, just with and without potatoes. We just use spaghetti, bucatini, or sometimes fusili. It's basically just bolognese with persian spices and a different cooking technique.

This one is Khao Piak (it’s Laotian but I’m half Hmong and many Hmong people eat this since The Hmong don’t really have their own noodles)

This is Okinawa Soba (I’m half Ryukyuan and if you didn’t know the Ryukyuan people are the people that lived in Okinawa/Ryukyu islands in Japan between Kyushu and Taiwan, and also Ryukyuan people are a Japanese ethnic minority group, these are our noodles and they taste immaculate)
