We know often by idols themselves it’s long hours and lack of support and welfare is provided. Sad to hear it’s the same feedback from staff too 
The whole industry is heading for a burnout sooner or later if they keep this up! Especially with the new generations like Gen Z that prioritize mental health and wellbeing over work culture and money

Have you worked for Korean companies in Korea? I would say 80-90% of them are like this. The Korean work culture is toxic as hell. No vacations, minimal days off, micromanaging as fuck. I would often worm nearly 12 hour days regularly at one job and I’m a foreigner. Expectations are higher for Koreans and they are even more strict.
