BTS will land in a completely different landscape where people mostly put them behind

  • The change of regime in Korea has proved that it was foolish for at least the younger ones to have enlisted.

The lift inside BTS can no longer be hidden as Bang's antics and Bang's preferential treatment of MHJ and Ador is now publick knowledge.

It cannot be denied that Bang treated BTS very badly , and basically threw Jungkook under the bus.

Jungkook's recent photo shows he beefed up a bit. That might impress Korean men, who will nevertheless go to events of other girl groups, but won't help to gain any newer fans outside of Korea.

I simply do not understand why they think about Korea so much . Frankly speaking there are no Korean armies remaining, for all practical purposes. And Hybe is adding an insult to this by debuting another boy group this month.

It is like the original Planet of the Apes movie, where the Charlton Heston character, after a long space journey and fighting apes, realized he returned to the earth , albeit a very different planet from where he had departed.

Taylor Swift became the undisputed leader of Pop, Country music has returned, and Kendrick Lamar restored the R&B/hiphop/rap genre, which BTS had killed in 2020. Meanwhile, IU, who was supposed to keep KPop quiet, has been driven out and people who do not respect, and by corollary BTS, have now proliferated in there.

Katseye attending Stray Kids' concert means Hybe no longer controls its singers about what events to go to.

Jungkook wasted his best years, for, what? I can't say. if he had stuck it out till now he would have gotten the exemption, something he will not forget.

In my opinion, the MHJ fiasco has permanently damaged the bond BTS had on Bang and also along other members. Now the younger ones, who would have gotten the exemption if they had stuck it out, will be thinking quite differently about the older ones, while their own popularities are in shambles. Do not bring me the results of the concert results of Seokjin and Hoseok. They still did worse than IU, overall, and they were stand-ins for those who still longed to see BTS, about 15% of its height.

I repeat that their 2026 outing will be the last . JYP will make sure that SKZ will do a bigger concert than BTS, which makes the latter obsolete. World domination does not come freely and BTS threw it away , for , what? So Bang can play a mogul with other titans of Korea? So MHJ could aim to claim $100 million, a figure no memembers have reached to this day? So the Korean men, who cheered for New Jeans instead in 2023, could be impressed by them?

  • Like phoenix flames from ashes’ hold,

Their voices rise in anthem bold.

Not silence chains nor time’s cruel hand

Could dim the light of their command.

    As Caesar crossed the Rubicon,

With fate’s own tide to lean upon,

So march they home—each step a drum,

The hour of their rebirth come.

No walls could hold such stars confined,

No law outlast the call divine.

Like Arthur’s sword from stone unchained,

Their crowns, once lent, are reclaimed.

The world stood still—a breath, a pause—

Then thunder roared in wild applause.

For history bends where legends tread:

The kings are back. Bow down your head.

  • And JYP and Christopher Bang (no relation to Bang Sihyuk) are waiting to defeat the ex-kings

  • I don't think BTS killed rap/hip hop lmao. The genre's Billboard REPRESENTATION did suffer after Billboard changed rules to downweigh sales, to which you can say BTS contributed. Other than that rap/r&b is in a different sphere. People have been talking about rap scene changing and becoming more experimental and inaccessible and sort of going the rock way since before BTS came onto the scene but I don't think that conversation is relevant here.

It was seriously stricken and if BTS were around for a couple more years it would have been killed completely. People like Shaboozey, who began as an R&B singer, had to turn to other genres (in his case country music) to survive.

But the restoration of Kendrick Lamar means the old masters have returned with a Vengeance which just adds another foe BTS will have to overcome.

  • What a waste of time and effort ILLIT was, then 😑

It was a move by rival factions in Hybe to incite MHJ and make her get angry, and now MHJ is out of Hybe, Illit's usefulness has ended. It was a great success by fellow Hybe labels since they eliminated their greatest competition.

When Moonchanelle and Jeemin were cut, and Yunah and Moka, who ranked lower and were older (on average Illit is slightly older than NJ) were added, it was clear the group would not go too far but Magnetic was a greater hit than most people expected, which extended the act's life.

It will be stuck in Japan , mostly with Wonhee and the two Japanese, and at some point Yunah and Minju will be released

The rate things are going with them, I'm surprised Hybe doesn't just extract ILLIT from Belift and move them over to YX Labels.

Serian Heu, for all the problems I have with her, reminds me of the girlfriend of Keigo Oyamada... who has a shop in Tokyo, and the way she dresses reminds me of Heu, so going the Shibuya-kei route might not be a bad angle, too... (bit of an odd ramble, just it's something that came into my head).

It is a strange calculus. if Hybe does that , at least the bunnies can claim a small victory that they kicked Illit out of Hybe, something which will make it a bit embarrassing, so until Belift has its next audition selecting the next act succeeding Enhypen, Illit will be kept in there.

  • It’s interesting how dynamics shift when global acts like BTS step into unfamiliar territory. In contexts where individuals often face scrutiny or judgment, understanding public history becomes relevant. Exploring detailed Florida Arrest Records might offer insights into how societal structures manage public figures or ordinary citizens. The contrast between fame and public accountability is always fascinating.

It’s interesting to think how changing times may influence how people perceive public figures, even global icons like BTS. Public opinion often reflects deeper social patterns and legal awareness. For instance, tools like KY police activity can reveal how public records shape narratives in local communities. Tracking such trends shows how society's focus continues to evolve.

That's an interesting point about BTS facing a new environment. It reminds me how perception can change over time depending on public records and media portrayal. For those curious about official legal documentation, you might find IN police records useful to understand how such systems reflect public figures or common citizens alike — IN police records. Illit going Shibhuya-kei would be interesting actually.
