Let's talk about stage outfits!

It came to my attention that these days people don't understand the point of stage outfits and how it should differentiate from your everyday clothes!

In my (very correct) opinion stage outfits should look like something that's APPROPRIATE for a STAGE! You shouldn't look at stage outfit and think "oh this is so cute, I could wear it ______ (somewhere)"

Which is the reason why I will bring one of the most polarizing stage outfit display in whole kpop!

Red Velvet with ther ZIMZALABIM ERA!!!! My favorite rv era for a REASON! RV and their stylist got dragged to hell and back for those outfits but damn it! They had the exact type of outfits ZZB should have!

OH the drama and weirdness! This is exactly as it should be! Simple and convenient outfits won't go well for a song like this!

Another genius level of concept execution is definitely EXO during Obsession era!

Maybe they would be strange outfits to wear, if I was only going grocery shopping. (or at least, I would probably get stares.) But heck, I would probably feel like a fashion queen in those outfits.

I mean ordinary outfits are okay if they fit with the concept like snsd with gee gee or twice with heartshaker! Or twice with alcohol free outfits, would I be overdressed for beach in those? Yes, but crazy outfits wouldn't fit with AF concept.

I feel like for western pop scene Sabrina Carpenter outfits and makeup are also good exaple of amazing stage outfits and concept execution.
