Are we gonna get another big SME vs YGE fight soon?

Yes, I'm talking about SNSD vs 2NE1, not Red Velvet and Blackpink.

The last big "fight" was in the 2nd gen, the 3rd gen, well... I don't think it was a fight at all. RV was a home-grown talent, and BP was a global group. The 4th gen is pretty much nonexistent. So, this is all on the 5th gen kids now. Unless Daddy Yang get a prison time.😅

Anyway, I have a feeling that we may get another good competition between the two agency.

I'm referring to SME's new girl group, H2O, I mean, H2H and Babymonster! I don't feel YG is forcing BM to be a global phenomenon as much as he did with BP, and so far they're pretty organic in Korea as well.

It seems possible each of these groups will be leaders of the 5th gen and I don't think monstiez will take kindly to the competition based off what I see so far.

ILLIT has zero chance against Babymon, let alone H2H. I mean, ILLIT can be and they're already popular, because they're a HYBE group, but I'm talking about actual competition in many ways, like SNSD and 2NE1 did it. It wasn't just about charts, it was about quality music and talent as well, not to mention their Legacy of course.

IF NewJeans can survive this mess, they can top these groups, probably, BUT they're a 4th gen group, unless they want to redebut in the 5th gen as JeanZ or whatever that name is, but honestly, I wouldn't count them as a 5th gen group anyway.

I don1t think RV and Aespa ever had a real rivasly, so I can't see that happening with Aespa and H2H either.

KIOF is kinda like Mamamoo, BM is a mix of SNSD and 2NE1, ILLIT and IVE, I'm not sure about them, IVE can be considered for a role like GFriend, maybe. A strong, and popular team, but not that strong and popular. I don't think ILLIT has any counterpart in the 2nd or 3rd gen.
