Her high note was 100% not clean. Indication of being live. Her veins don't show either when she hits this note on the radio show. And that was live.

If you're talking about this Radio show, you can easily hear, and SEE the difference. You can see her veins popping, and most importantly, her mouth is actually moving, but as usual as on many Shows like this, the camera always moves far away when Idols doing high notes for reason.

On the "Both version" the Gayo is in the left channel, the Radio is on the right, and as you can hear, it's almost the same BUT the Gayo version is not live, because Ahyeon singing with the backtrack.
As you can see on the waveform as well. The Gayo version has the backing track, and the Radio version is more clean, because it's almost just vocals. Also, you can see her veins as well!
So, technically, I'd say, the Gayo performance is 20% live and 80% backing track. That's why she didn't have to suffer that much. And for the record, even these Radio Shows are not 100% live, because they do minor fixes.

I'm not a party pooper, I just hate when Kpop stans overhyping things they shouldn't. Especially high notes. That's why companies forcing Idols to do it, and they lose their careers. High Notes are like visuals. Overrated!
Ahyeon can do so much more, she's so much better when she's not doing high notes, but as usual, people care more about the so called "badass" moments.

Just watching multiple fancams, you will be able to hear what is the backtrack and what is not. Her high note going to the 3rd and last part was not clean. Her adlib sounds and that high note definitely sounds the same.

Fan cams, especially on a massive stage like this, is not reliable.
If you watched the whole performance, and I'm sure you did, you can hear she sounds totally different when she's not singing high notes. I'm not saying she can't sing that note, she obv can even tho I still think she's not doing it the right way, you heard that on the Radio show, but in this performance, it wasn't 100% live, and it's totally fine. I hope she's NEVER gonna do it 100% live again. She's way too young and underdeveloped to sing high notes like this.
