Doesn't SM get monies from first snow charting I think they still own the rights to the song.

But they still petty so they probably hate it for hitting big.

It would be a lovely tradition

it'll be tougher this year, we'll see if GD's song is losing steam by the time Xmas rolls around. Perfect Night only peaked at like 275k ULs or something like that (and was down to 225k when TFS passed it), GD is currently at about 350k ULs (and The First Snow peaked at 316k last year).

We'll also see how TFS does without a big tiktok craze pushing it. But then again now it's just a widely known Xmas classic whereas last year a lot of people discovered it for the first time, this year it might just be their default pick from the start to listen to this season. Melon might playlist it more too.
