I of cource have "notice" this, but I never really understood what happen to her? I know she took a break because of "health issues" but never understood what that acctually was. I never put any energy to search for it, but still a bit courious what that was? It's not only a difference how she looks like, she really never was her old self anymore.

She got injured and had a surgery for a herniated disc at first, then had to take medication afterwards (most likely with steroids, that make you gain weight like crazy and it's very hard to lose it afterwards).

Then after that first hiatus, she had to take another one, because of anxiety. I wasn't a Twice fan before that, but from what I observe watching their earlier videos, her behaviour seems the same right now, maybe with a few exceptions when her anxiety comes back. You could see she was very anxious right after the hiatus, but not anymore.

I think she’s taking anxiety medication and maybe some antidepressants a lot of these medication can cause edema/ fluid retention causing a swollen look or weight gain in general

Okay. Well, she sometimes looks a bit more insecured and a bit out of touch compared to her early days. But maybe just me imagining things.

She has some health issues from what I know so her weight isn't a problem to me. As long as medication helps her to get better fans must just be happy and relieved it's working for her.

I'm sure she must feel frustrated some times bc a few loud minority fans may pressure her to lose weight, but she should just do what she is doing = prioritizing her health.

Yes, anxiety can really make someone act like that, not to mention she's under the public scrutiny all the time. I think she's doing her best, considering what their job requires from them. When I attended their concert she was really smiley and seemed relaxed, she's also joking around a lot on TTT and doing well in her youtube show. Maybe sometimes she seems different, but people can change and anxiety definitely can influence someone's behaviour. She might also still be taking medicine for the anxiety, which can have side effects.

Why do you care about her weight. Worry about your own big back. Don't ever speak about my wife again. EVER.
