I was so sick of seeing OT3 saying Lisa would probably just do variety in Thailand or be a dance teacher, and claiming she didn't care about music.
Now here she is, with two songs released already and showing the world she has a genuine passion for music. Dancing? Yes. But also singing, rapping and everything else that comes with it.

But i'm actually really surprise that she's so prolific
It does look like she was preparing to part away from YG for quite a few times
Now is being this prolific a good or bad thing ? It's up to debate for the moment Rockstar didn't grew on me and didn't impress me
But i haven't listen to new woman yet....

This made me chuckle because it could be true-- even if she had one comeback each year.
She is playing to her strengths, dancing & glamour.
And has to do so quickly, because they have far lesser shelf life than vocals.
While her songs will definitely be hits upon release, I don't expect them to have longevity or be something which will be seen as landmarks in retrospect.
This is the correct choice for her.
I love her vocals and obviously love her rap. Her vocals are so underrated. I've hated both songs but her vocals/rap are what kept those songs from being 0 out of 10.
And i agree overall - it was insane to think she would just randomly open up a dance academy in Thailand the second she left YG. Why would she have busted ass for 15 years in a foreign country, learn a brand new culture and language, just to open up a rando dance academy in Thailand? This is something she can do when she is ready to settle down and leave the pop music grind.
