Man. I dont understand JYP. They hate their groups, they are lazy, the people in charge is so untalented? NMIXX-SICKUHH

    The problems i have with this song.

    First, it sound like an ITzy song, they are going to have two groups with a similar sound? Is that smart?


    Second, the girls are not very good rappers. They lack of rythm, of speed, sound like kids trying to rap. Next to Kid Milli sound like amateurs, like they are trying to hard, like they are just screaming. Twice had little raps in their songs and they sound much better, and they are not the best rappers either. But JYP made it work, what happened with this company?

    Seriously, people in SQUAD listen this and think: "This is great, this is our best"?


    Third, didnt like the video either. I find it uncreative. "Lets just put the members behind a "cool" image and thats it", pff.


    Man, i hope this is just a filler song in the album and the next songs are better. Because if this is the best of the album, oh boy, that album is going to suck big time.

    Are they rappers? No, clearly. They're primarily vocalists. But if they want to have a fun rap song on their album to try out different things, LET THEM.


    "It sounds like [x] Itzy song." Have you been paying attention to the music scene lately? Everything sounds like something else. There's no genre, sound, anything that's 100% never been done before. But this isn't Itzy's signature sound or anything, so why can't they both have a song like this?


    NMIXX is building their own discography and between this and Moving On, we can tell they're exploring every genre, style, topic etc. They're having fun making music. So again, LET THEM.


    To think, Mixxtopia is just a place where people are allowed to enjoy themselves without everyone getting on their back over nonsense. I get why they wanna go there. 😒

    I would not call it "a ITZY song", it have more similarites with Blackpink, even if they are not that similar. But similar to ITZY they get bad songs. Not sure what's the problem with JYP, they struggle to get good songs to their girlgroups, besides Twice.

    They lowkey did it in the beginning of the song when Sullyoon is introduced and after the song ended. But It would be really cool If It happened through the whole MV.

    I mean, what can i say. I praised NMIXX last album so much, and their vocal performance on songs is wonderful. But let's not kid ourselves. This is trash. Not even a good beat, and they are no where close to rappers unfortunately. This is why its not worth it to do a rap b-side for fun.

    If you are gonna do rap, you gotta invest in it and actually blow ppl away. This wasn't it. Maybe XG has just set the bar so high recently. I know the stereotype that idols are bad rappers and i don't think that's necessarily true. I think kpop companies have bad rap coaches/instructors/producers and that translates to shit rapping.

    The beat in the track is normal, a similar beat is used by most rappers in the world, this is the basis. It is chosen perfectly, especially the bass part which just goes to the beat. NMIXX's rap line is based on Kyujin and Jiwoo, Jiwoo and Kid Milli have a great combination. The only thing that let us down was the chorus type, it could have been made vocal for beauty. In general, this is an ordinary hip-hop track, they are absolutely all like that.

    Seriously, you listen to K-pop too much, in this case the track from NMIXX is really okay :pepe-grooving:

    While I love the beat and Kid Milli, and I also agree NMIXX sounds a little out of place, Dem Jointz wrote the song outside of Milli's verses, and likely felt he wanted to give them another one of his beats because of how much blatant hatred and nastiness the group got for the song TANK.


    Please keep in mind Dem Jointz is primarily a rap producer even though he has in recent years worked with quite a few Asian artists after he started being contacted due to his work with EXO succeeding so much. He literally spent the first 15+ years of his career as a producer working with rappers and that was it.
