If Mhj leaves, I don't think Hybe will care for them as much as Mhj did. They've already destroyed their reputation and don't seem to care that this situation will affect their comeback, popularity and reputation. Bang SH seems to see them as competition to his own girl group rather than someone from his label. And how each of them will react to this new change?
If Mhj stays at Hybe, gosh, that woman is creepy just like all the big 4 CEOs with their weird narrative that they're close with their idols. But yeah, if she's still working as their CEO or even creative director, Nj will never escape all the hate and mockery from everyone. They will be the biggest target to hate. And Hybe basically ruined Nj reputation for nothing.
If they leave with Mhj, well, their careers are over because even if they have fans, first they need to pay millions to Hybe and their reputation will tarnished. Can't really imagine how they're gonna survive that.
In the end, whatever happens in the future will affect them the most, more than anyone else, especially mentally. They're still young and from Hybe. It's something unimaginable to happen to them, especially this early in their careers.
