The hate against them is forced because they are not the ones writing hate comments or making bullying Korean's favorite pastime
Well they certainly do force certain (negative) narratives.
Ironically enough pannchoa was the most tame site comment wise. I know few sites similar to pannchoa and comments there... let's just say I haven't seen more nasty people in one place nodding and enabling each other.

They’re not exactly translating “news” is so they’d be translating article from main news sources. They translate comments from troll forums from which they tend to pick the worst or most hateful towards artist they don’t like.
A lot is also wrongly translated with the intent to inflate drama
What is also DEEPLY problematic is that the average I-fan don’t understand the effect of this sourcing but legit think it has bearing to Korea the country as a whole. Which it extremly rarely has. Things are seemingly blown out of proportion when in the reality nobody who’s not invested in idol music gives a flying fck

The ONLY people she ever banned were those that posted pictures of her
And she was VERY selective of what articles she translated, to create a narrative. She clearly hated Riize and translated every tiny little "article" about them that made them look bad.
Meanwhile she routinely skipped ACTUAL viral articles that portrayed groups or people she disliked in positive ways.

She deserves a lawsuit and I hope she's eating from a food bank from here to forever.

So many defending saying she just translated. Nope. She cherry picked posts, sometimes picking posts that barely got reactions and interactions and even in the post itself she picked comments that did not necessarily represent the general sentiment. I don't think she particularly hated groups or idols but she knew how to make people react.
Maybe the comment section (very often hell personified but apparently it's freedom of expression 
) , those who visit the site (I was guilty of that) and the original commenters are the main issue but she's far from innocent and there were several cases where she started or fueled the fire in the international fandom.
