As illit shows, hybeyola made a greater contribution with the help of artificial streaming on all platforms, but nevertheless, the uniqueness of NewJeans is the merit of MHJ and she did a lot to ensure that NewJeans were NewJeans with their own charm, and not a carbon copy of someone else. I'm on MHJ's side in this debate because I'm grateful to her for creating such a group.

It's funny that bunnies choose Hybe's side, not understanding at all that NewJeans for Hybe is just a source of income and Hybe doesn't care about Newjeans. As long as they bring in money, they will be used 24/7, but as soon as interest drops, the company will throw them out onto the street, replacing them with another young group.
IIIIT shows us that MHJ's success is repeatable. That Hybe has the marketing and PR resources to make a similar concept group do just as well or better at debut.
However, there is something to be said for being the trendsetter. It was MHJ's vision that made NJ stand out. However, if she coulda done it on her own, she would have. She obviously needed Hybe millions to conduct all the casting events, to bring in and feed and train her idols, to fund the expensive MVs, produce all the stages for every performance, for outfits and hair and makeup, to hire the music producers and songwriters, etc.

Deep down, I doubt MHJ truly cares for girls beyond them being a means to an end to fulfil her creative ego. Until such a time that she is bored with them, or bored with the concepts, or bored with the work and decides to just up and leave.
